Requests to include a conditional use permit and variance to allow a retail store for the sale of produce in a Residential Commercial (RC) District. Applicant: Cody Kurowski. Planning Commission recommendation on the adoption of updates to the Comprehensive Plan for the City of Long Beach. The Comprehensive Plan is for the purposes of guiding the long range planning of the city and includes a summary of historical demographic trends as well as identifying current issues, goals, policies and strategies for land use development, planning and coordination and priorities for implementation.
