Douglas County Housing and Redevelopment Authority will be RE-OPENING the rental assistance waiting list for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program effective Thursday, February 13th, 2025. The HRA will have applications available starting at 9:00 a.m. at the Douglas County HRA Office located at 1224 N. Nokomis NE, PO Box 965 Alexandria, MN 56308, downloadable online at www.douglascountyhra.org or by calling 320-460-8651 to request an application by mail.
