The Minnewaska Area High School Music Awards banquet was held recently, the MAHS choral participants in the Section/State Solo and Ensemble Contest. 

MAHS Senior Riley Thorfinnson received the John Philip Sousa Band Award and the Louis Armstrong Jazz Award for 2025.

The choral winners.  In the back row are Lucas Tauber and Katy Vold, received the National School Choral Award.  In the front row are Daniel Cochran, McKenna Uhde and Avarie Uhde, who received the Fred Waring Choral Award.  All are MAHS seniors
