NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGTO DISCUSS A VARIANCE FOR PARCEL #27-0636-247 & #27-0636-006 at 28916 South Shore Dr.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council for the City of Starbuck will hold a public hearing on July 11, 2022, at 6:35 p.m. to discuss a variance that would allow a home to be built on parcels #27-0636-247 & #27-0636-006, 28916 South Shore Dr., with gross lot coverage of more than 25%. The variance would be to allow the proposed two-story home to cover 31.4% of the lot and to allow the height of the structure to be 31ft. The location of the meeting will be at the Starbuck Community Center at 307 East 5th Street, Starbuck.
