Chaos Motorsports presented the Minnewaska Mayhem demolition derby on Saturday, May 21, at the Pope County Fairgrounds in Glenwood. There were 60 registrations in total in the first ever Minnewaska Mayhem derby across six classes, including auto cross. Chaos Motorsports is an LLC formed in December 2021 by Dylan Sanvig of Starbuck. They also had a hot wheels class for children to compete.  Above, Cody Sazama’s #57 car collides up and over with the car of Wyatt Erdmann, tipping the vehicle on its side. Despite the photo, no one was hurt.  Below, fans and drivers alike came out to support the first ever Minnewaska Mayhem. Lined up for the event is the full-size class with 14 cars competing.
