Lyra Chapter #166, Order of the Eastern Star, Alexandria, Minnesota, presents a check to Pope County Hospice in the amount of $376.86. A check in the same amount was given to Douglas County Hospice from Masonic Charities. The money is being presented by Marjorie Engebretson, secretary. Shown from the left are Gina Curry, Jess Moen, Marjorie and Shelly Radermacher. The three from Hospice are all RNs. Another check will be sent to the Minnesota Grand Chapter Cancer project in the same amount to be matched by Masonic Charities. Proceeds are from the Eastern Star salad luncheon that was held in May at Glenwood Lutheran Church.
