YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Glenwood Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Glenwood Township Hall, 19731 195th Ave, Glenwood, MN on Monday, August 10, 2022, at 6:00 pm, to consider the following public hearing(s):

Variances and conditional use permit to construct an accessory structure greater than 1100 square feet with sidewalls greater than 12 feet in a Residential (R) zoning district. Applicant: Gary Koubsky. Sec/Twp/Range: 34-125-38. Property Address: 21840 South Lakeshore Dr. Parcel number(s): 09-0166-003

Conditional use permit to expand an existing aggregate (gravel) mining operation in a Non-Intensive Agriculture (A-1) zoning district. Applicant: Hancock Concrete. Sec/Twp/Range: 5-125-37. Property Address: 16672 210th Ave. Parcel number(s):  09-0232-003.
