TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Glenwood City Commission will convene on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, beginning at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 100 17th Avenue NW, Glenwood to conduct the following public hearing(s):

Variance request related to the addition of a deck landing and steps to an existing home. Variance approval requested for added impervious surface area and placing the structure closer to the city street right-of-way than is allowed by ordinance. Applicant/Property Owner:  Sonia Rinsem.
