The excavation work on the splash pad being installed at Barsness Park in Glenwood got underway last week.  The project was delayed earlier this summer because the location chosen for the pad was not appropriate.  The site was relocated to the south side of the creek and east of the road in the park.  The new location takes advantage of better soils, electrical access and added parking areas.
