The Minnesota State High School Coaches Association annual awards’ banquet took place Saturday, Oct. 8, and five individuals from Minnewaska Area Schools were honored with awards.  The following were recognized as 2021-22 Minnesota Coaches of the Year:  Ted Hill, Class A boys soccer (middle); Jennifer Johnsrud, Class A girls cross-country (second from right); and Tara Reichmann, Class A boys tennis (second from left).  In addition, MAHS also had a recipient for 2021-22 Minnesota Assistant Coach of the Year, Chad Quelle, for Class A boys tennis (far left) and Phil Johnsrud, MAHS Activities Director (far right), was inducted as a 2022 MSHSCA 25-year Life Member Coach.
