NOTICE OF DRAINAGE AUTHORITY MEETING FOR JOINT COUNTY DITCHES 3 & 4 POPE & DOUGLAS COUNTIES

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Drainage Authority for Joint County Ditches 3 & 4 – Pope and Douglas Counties, will be meeting on October 25, 2022, in the meeting room at the Douglas County Public Works Center, 526 Willow Dr., Alexandria, Minnesota.  Joint County Ditch 3 will meet at 9:00 A.M. and Joint County Ditch 4 at 10:00 A.M.  The purpose of the joint meetings is to address any repair and maintenance issues pertinent to each ditch and to set the levy amount for the special ditch assessment on the 2023 tax statement for each ditch respectively.
