A 65-year-old Belgrade woman was pronounced dead at the scene of an ATV crash in Burbank Township in Kandiyohi County.

According to a Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office new release, a report of an ATV accident with injuries was made at 5:33 p.m. last Wednesday in the 26000 block of 40th Street Northeast in Burbank Township.

Deputies learned upon arrival that a neighbor had located Cynthia Guse Fester laying alongside the road with life-threatening injuries, according to the news release.

Lifesaving measures were performed, but Fester died at the scene, according to the news release.

The crash remains under investigation, according to the release.
