Will local “Ringers” be up to the challenge this year?  

You can be certain that with “bells in hand” they’ll be out in Pope County at both Tom’s Market locations “ringing their bells.” 

“Please help us if you can, we would welcome the support of others who care and have a passion to make a difference in the lives of others,” said Donna Ortendahl, Salvation Army Northern Division SE MN Field Representative.

Those who would like to donate to the Red Kettle campaign for Pope County, please send your check to: The Salvation Army, c/o Viking Towers Office, 805 Fillmore St., Alexandria, MN 56308. Make a notation on the memo of the check that it is for Pope County MN.  

“Those who have a heart to help others, please come help us ring at the kettle.  We only ring from November 25 until December 24.  You can ring as a group or come ring by yourself,” Ortendahl said.

“Pick the day and time you would like to sign up to ring and call Becky Schlangen at (320)219-8270 and she’ll put you on the schedule so you can  “Ring the Bell” and help our Christmas campaign with  “Love Beyond.”
