Minnewaska Area High School conducted its 9th-12th grade Fall Band Concert on Thursday, Nov. 17, with members of the Concert and Varsity Bands taking part.  Above, members of the Varsity Band perform one of three songs they played to open up the concert.  At right, members of the Jazz I group, under the direction of Heidi Polzin, perform “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen.”  And, below, trumpet members of the Jazz I group play with other members of the group.  Also playing during the concert was the Concert Band.  More pictures from the concert will be highlighted next week.  The Fall Band Concert is the first of many holiday concerts coming up over the next few weeks leading up to Christmas.
