NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SALE OF HRA-EDA OWNED PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pope County Housing and Redevelopment Authority – Economic Development Authority (the “HRA-EDA”) of Pope County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Friday, December 9, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., at the City Hall in the City of Starbuck, located at 307 East 5th Street, Starbuck, Minnesota, relating to (a) the proposed sale of Bay Meadows Townhomes to Zachary Witt and Benjamin Dahl, or its assignees or successors. This public hearing is pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Sections 469.029, Subd 2., inclusive, as amended.
The property is located on Airport Road and Meadow Lane, in the city limits of Starbuck, and consists of parcels:
