As a part of celebrating the one-year anniversary of her store’s opening, Emily Fickes, owner of Verge of Fantastic, received recognition from the Glenwood Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce during a Grand Re-opening Celebration a couple of weeks ago. Located at 22 First Street Southeast, the store has something for everyone. Fickes has spent the last year putting together products from regional artisans with handmade pieces to sell in her store. There is truly something for everyone just beyond the doors of Verge of Fantastic, including a corner dedicated to items made by kids, it was stated.
