Happenings at Central Square

Join us this Saturday at 7 p.m. for an evening with the incredible duo, Branden & James. As seen on the television show, America’s Got Talent, these two outstanding performers will bring classic and contemporary music to Glenwood.

There are still tickets available for this show, but they are selling fast! Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 on the day of the event. A reminder that children 12 and under are admitted for free with the presence of an adult ticketholder. We also have special ticket prices for students and educators. Call for details! Mason Dixson Line’s “A Kickin’ Country Christmas” concert is coming to Glenwood on Sunday, Dec. 11, at 3 p.m. in the Central Square auditorium. Art in the Square Gallery

Please join the November and December featured gallery artist and Glenwood native, Marie Merten, for her closing gallery reception before Mason Dixon Line hits the stage on Dec. 11! Enjoy hot cocoa and pastries from Tom’s Food Market, along with the opportunity to meet Merten and purchase her artwork. This is a free event open to the public. 

Merten’s work will be on display in the Art in the Square Gallery now through December during gallery hours, Monday through Thursday, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Open Mic Night Hiatus

Central Square’s Open Mic Night will take a two-month hiatus over the holiday season and will continue in January 2023.

Finish your holiday shopping at Central Square’s Makers Market & Just for Kix Mini Holiday Dance Show on Saturday, Dec. 17. This event will be held at Central Square from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. with the free mini dance show at 1 p.m. There will be popcorn, candy, soda and water available at the concession booth!
