Reggie Proulx, General Manager of Marthaler Chevrolet donated $1,000 to the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle campaign.   This is the third  year that Marthaler Chevrolet has given this gift to The Salvation Army in Pope County and “we are very grateful for their continued support.  We are able to assist those in a crisis situation when they call and need assistance with rent, gas, utilities to name a few things,” said Donna Ortendahl (left), a field representative for The Salvation Army  “We plan on doing the Easter Food boxes again this year so this will help in our endeavor to assist people in Pope County. Volunteer bell ringers should contact Becky Schlangen at 320-219-8270 and sign up for a shift at either Tom’s Market in Glenwood or Starbuck.  We ring through December 24.
