Minnewaska Area students celebrate the holiday season!

It was a busy week of concerts in the Minnewaska Area Auditorium last week as holiday music took center stage.  The Minnewaska kindergarten and first grade classes entertained family and friends, Tuesday, Dec. 6, with the kindergarten classes taking the stage at 6 p.m. and the 1st grade classes following at 7 p.m.  It was the 4th-6th graders’ turn, Thursday, Dec. 8 when the 4th, 5th and 6th grade classes performed their concerts in the auditorium, beginning with the 4th graders at 5:30 p.m., followed by the 5th graders at 6:30 p.m. and the 6th graders at 7:30 p.m.  Directing the kindergarten and 1st grade concerts was Jessica Listerud, directing the 4th graders were Sue Morton and Jen Germundson, and directing the 5th and 6th graders was Gordy Moeller with help from accompanist Diane Moeller.
