Wes Torguson, pictured on the left, one of The Salvation Army bell ringers, “has helped us ring at Tom’s in Starbuck for many years,” said Donna Ortendahl, a local field representative for The Salvation Army. “ We appreciate him and we thank him for his continued dedication to our mission of helping those that are in a crisis. His generosity allows us to help people in Pope County with food, gas, utility assistance, rent and so much more. The Salvation Army wants to send a big ‘Thank You’ to Wes Torguson for his assistance in helping us bell ring at the red kettle.”
