NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION

Notice is hereby given to all creditors and claimants of Glenwood Gun Club, Inc. as follows:

1.  That Glenwood Gun Club, Inc. is in the process of dissolving.

2.  A Notice of Intent to Dissolve was filed with the Secretary of State on December 30, 2022.

3.  All claims against Glenwood Gun Club, Inc. must be presented to the following:

4.  All claims by creditors or claimants must be received by April 30, 2023 or all those claiming through or under the creditor or claimant are forever barred from suing on that claim or otherwise realizing upon or enforcing it except as otherwise provided in Minn. Stat.§ 302A.727.
