TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Glenwood City Commission will convene on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, beginning at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 100 17th Avenue NW, Glenwood to conduct the following public hearing(s):
Variance request(s) in relation to a pending conditional use permit for proposed construction of a craft brewery and yoga studio. Variances requested include a bituminous gravel parking area (paved or concrete surface required) and a variance to city ordinance requirements for a stormwater collection pond.
