TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Glenwood City Commission will convene on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, beginning at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 100 17th Avenue NW, Glenwood to conduct the following public hearing(s):

Variance request related to the renovation and expansion of usage to have fewer off-street parking spaces than required by ordinance based on building size and use. Applicant/Property Owner:  BZB Properties LLC. Property address: 16 1st Street SE. Parcel number(s): 21-0216-000. Current Zoning: B-1 (Community Business). 

Variance request(s) in relation to a pending conditional use permit for proposed construction of a craft brewery and yoga studio. Variances requested include a bituminous gravel parking area (paved or concrete surface required) and a variance to city ordinance requirements for a stormwater collection pond. Applicants: Daniel and Barbara Ostrander, Moosenhoose, LLC. Property address: 120 14th Avenue NE.  Sec/Twp/Range 1-125-38. Parcel number(s): 21-1008-006. Current Zoning: B-1 (Community Business).
