CITY OF LOWRY

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that the city council of Lowry, Minnesota will meet at the Lowry Community Center at 7:00 p.m. on April 25th, 2023, to consider the construction of the Private Sanitary Sewer Service Replacement project, the replacement of private sanitary sewer service lines on properties with defective sanitary sewer service lines connected to the City of Lowry sanitary sewer system, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111.  The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is properties with defective sanitary sewer service lines connected to the City of Lowry sanitary sewer system.  The estimated cost of the improvement is $1,050,000.00.  A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing.  Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
