SPECIAL WORK SESSION MINUTES

The Minnewaska Area Schools Board of Education met in special session on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 in the Minnewaska Area High School Media Center. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson Barsness. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Members Present: Barsness, T. Reichmann, Lagred, A. Reichmann, Holtberg, Ogdahl

Members Absent: Zavadil

Motion by Lagred, seconded by T. Reichmann, to approve the agenda as presented. 

Roll Call Vote: Aye: Barsness, T. Reichmann, Holtberg, A. Reichmann, Lagred, Ogdahl

Nay: None

Motion carried.

Lakes Area Enrichment Center Director, two of their board members Rod Schumacher from Widseth Smith Nolting and discussed with the board the potential building expansion and partnership.

Motion by A. Reichmann, seconded by Ogdahl, to adjourn the meeting at 8:46 p.m. Motion Carried.
