NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Glenwood City Commission will convene on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, beginning at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 100 17th Avenue NW, Glenwood to conduct the following public hearing(s):

Variance requests related to additions to an existing home in an R-2 district. Variance approvals requested include impervious surface area greater than is allowed by ordinance. Applicant/Property Owner:  Michael & Leone Howe. Property address: 416 3rd Avenue SE. Parcel number(s): 21-0642-000.
