NOTICE OF AMENDMENTS TO THE POPE COUNTY 

OFFICIAL ZONING MAP 

Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of May, 2023, the Pope County Board of Commissioners adopted an amendment to the official zoning map of Pope County.  The amendment includes changing parcels that are currently designated as being in the Non-Intensive Agriculture zoning district, with portions having a Special Residential overlay to a Residential zoning district.

The amendment is implemented hereafter.  

Copies of the amended zoning map is on file in the Land and Resource Management Department, County Auditor Department, and on the County website https://www.popecountymn.gov/departments/LandResourcesManagement/ordinances
