YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Long Beach Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at Long Beach City Hall, 23956 N Lakeshore Dr, Glenwood, MN on Monday, September 11, 2023, at 6:00 pm, to consider the following public hearing(s):

Request for a variance to allow greenhouse structures larger in size than permitted by ordinance in a Low Density Residential District. Applicant: Cody Kurowski. Sec/Twp/Range: 11-125-38. Property Address: 23228 North Lakeshore Drive. Parcel number(s): 24-0106-000.

Request for conditional use permit to allow conversion of an existing seasonal resort to a commercial Planned Unit Development (PUD) in a Residential Commercial District. Applicant: PNJA Investments LLC, Hunt’s Resort. Sec/Twp/Range: 11-125-38. Property Address: 23306 North Lakeshore Drive. Parcel number(s): 24-0012-000, 24-0010-000, 24-0011-000, 24-0115-000, 24-0118-000, 24-0117-000, 24-0119-600.
