Request for an interim conditional use permit to allow a short term vacation home rental in a Low Density Residential District. Applicant: Coast to Coast Investment Properties LLC. Sec/Twp/Range: 11-125-38. Property Address: 23170 North Lakeshore Drive. Parcel number(s): 24-0001-000.

Request for conditional use permit to allow 14 ft x 100 ft. commercial greenhouse structures in a Low Density Residential District. Applicant: Cody Kurowski. Sec/Twp/Range: 11-125-38. Property Address: 23228 North Lakeshore Drive. Parcel number(s): 24-0106-000, 24-0004-000.
