YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Glenwood Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Glenwood Township Hall, 19731 195th Ave, Glenwood, MN on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 6:00 pm, to consider the following public hearing(s):

Variance from the 1,320 ft setback requirement for the location of a 6.8 acre solar garden relative to another solar garden in an Agricultural (A-1) district. Applicant: Minnewaska Garden LLC. Property Owner: James Irgens. Sec/Twp/Range: 17-125-37. Property Address: 20271 180th Street, Glenwood. Parcel number(s):  09-0307-000. 

Variance from the 1,320 ft setback requirement for the location of a 6.6 acre solar garden relative to another solar garden in an Agricultural (A-1) district. Applicant: Pelican Garden LLC. Property Owner: Donovan and Kay Harth Sec/Twp/Range: 9-125-37. Property Address: 19592 State Hwy 18, Glenwood. Parcel number(s):  09-0273-600.
