The Minnewaska Lakers trap team had a hybrid fall season that was run through DelTone gun range in St Cloud.

The Lakers had 19 participants this fall and finished up with a Fall Championship Tournament, Saturday, Sept. 30.  Eleven team members made the trek to compete as individuals as well as a team.

After shooting 100 targets each, there were awards for both the fall league shooting as well as the day-long tournament.

For the fall league, there were four  team members that placed in their age category.  August Reichmann finished 2nd in the 9th grade class; Isaac Hennen finished in 1st place for 10th grade; Dylan VanZee finished 3rd in 11th grade; and for 12th grade, Mason Reichmann was tied for 2nd place and had to shoot off.  He shot off another 100 targets and crushed 97 of those to secure 2nd place.

There were 20 schools that participated in the championship, Saturday, and Minnewaska was 1st place Varsity team on the day.  Individual shooting awards were won by Dylan VanZee (who broke 98×100 to take 2nd place male varsity) and Isaac Hennen (who shot 96×100 and placed 4th after a shootoff).
