TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Glenwood City Commission will convene on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, beginning at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 100 17th Avenue NW, Glenwood to conduct the following public hearing(s):
Variance requests related to additions to an existing home in an R-2 district. Variance approvals requested include variances for the front yard setback from public right-of-way and impervious surface area greater than is allowed by ordinance.
