YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Glenwood Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Glenwood Township Hall, 19731 195th Ave, Glenwood, MN on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at 6:00 pm, to consider the following public hearing(s):

Variance to allow setback for an addition to a commercial structure 13 feet from the side lot line in a Commercial (C) zoning district (20 feet required). Applicant/Owner: Jason Hagen. Sec/Twp/Range: 8-125-37. Property Address: 20413 State Highway 28, Glenwood. Parcel number(s): 09-0268-001.
