Residents of the apartments situated above Shear Indulgence salon recently took it upon themselves to share the holiday spirit amongst their neighbors. “I moved in three years ago and have slowly been getting others into the spirit by decorating the area outside of my apartment. This year, a few of us have decorated the entire hallway. We wanted an opportunity to decorate the outside of our homes just like homeowners do,” stated Deanna Dibley, one of the tenants.
