The Pioneer Heritage Conservation Trust (PHCT) is current;y accepting applications for its $1500 student scholarship program. This scholarship is available to qualifying students attending a college or university in the fall of 2024.

Applicants must live in one of the four counties PHCt serves: Douglas, Grant, Pope or Ottertail. In addition, students must major in one of the following fields: Wildlife, Conservation or Naturla Resources. The number of $1500 scholarships available each year will be determined by the PHCT Board of Directors. The application is May 31, 2024.

Established in 1985, the Mission of the Trust is to promote long-term stewardship of the land and its resources through conservation projects, conservation education, grants and scholarships. Members and guests are invited to attend the quarterly meetings held in Evansville.
