The 2024 Lefse Dagen celebration at the Starbuck Depot and Museum was a rousing success as attendees were able to tour the museum, make their own lefse, participate in some activities, browse the vendors and take in some music. Traditional Scandinavian foods were available to sample and as any traditional Scandinavian celebration, no one left hungry. The Miss Minnewaska royalty was on hand to greet folks to Starbuck. The celebration is one of several events held at the Starbuck Depot and Museum over the summer months.
