Gordy Moeller directed his final choir concert, Sunday afternoon, as 9th-12th grade choir students at Minnewaska Area High School took part in a Spring Choral Concert in the high school auditorium.  Moeller is retiring after serving as choir director at Glenwood High School and then at MAHS for 40-plus years.  It was an emotional concert as Moeller thanked everyone who has helped him out during his many years as the choir director, including his wife, Diane, who has been an accompanist alongside her husband.  The concert featured selections by the Varsity Choir and Concert Choir, along with special selections by All-State members, the senior boys and several soloists.  Just before the final song of the concert, Moeller handed a directing baton to the new in-coming MAHS choir director, Jeff Iverson.
