The Minnewaska Rotary club recently placed a banner on the indoor dog run that was installed in the new addition of the Pope County Humane Society (PCHS) facility.  The area is now titled the Minnewaska Rotary Run.   The Minnewaska Rotary, along with Rotary District 5950, donated $15,000 to PCHS to provide the run and storage shelving in the new addition.  The $75,000 new addition, was made possible with donations, especially a large donation from the Barb Mulvaney Estate, according to PCHS Board President Shauney Gloege.  Above, from left are: Faith Kettering, PCHS shelter staff member; Michael Claunch, Minnewaska Rotary Treasurer; Shauney Gloege; Tim Douglass, Minnewaska Rotary president and Grayson Olson, PCHS shelter staff member.  Below, Michael Claunch and PCHS Board President Shauney Gloege put up the banner on the run, which also is a meet-and-greet area for those adopting a pet.
