NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Long Beach Planning Commission will hold public hearings at Long Beach City Hall, 23956 N Lakeshore Dr, Glenwood, MN on Monday, August 12, 2024, at 6:00 pm, to consider the following public hearing(s):

Request for a variance from the rear and side yard setback requirements for the placement of a shed in a Low Density Residential (LD) District. Applicant and Property Owner: David Pooler. Sec/Twp/Range: 11-125-38. Property Address: 23262 North Lakeshore Drive. Parcel number(s): 24-0007-000.

Ordinance amendment to include as part of the City of Long Beach Zoning Ordinance a floodplain ordinance which would establish floodplain regulations within the City of Long Beach and reference the effective Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMS). The City is adopting a floodplain ordinance as part of the process to enroll in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).
