The 11th Annual Minnewaska Classic Car Show wheels into Starbuck on Saturday, Aug. 3 at 10 a.m. at the Starbuck City Park. The car show typically attracts nearly 100 cars, said Jef Fredine, one of the car show organizers.

The event features vehicles from several decades along with plenty of food, treats for the kids and music.

Awards are handed out to show participants, including a Best in Show, Top Choice awards, as well as door prizes.

Special prizes will also be handed out to kids throughout the day. “The best benefits are for the spectators. There is no admission charge and our generous sponsors have supplied all the prizes,” said Fredine.

For those bringing in their vehicles for display, the gates open at 9 a.m. and registration is $10. Call Jef at 612-963-3470 or Dave Gunderson at 320-424-3593 with any questions.
