Request for a variance to allow new retaining walls that will exceed the allowable impervious surface area for the size of the lot. Property Owner:  David and Charlott Tourtillott. Property address: 375 N Lakeshore Dr. Parcel number(s): 21-0879-000. Zoning: Suburban Residential (R-1).

Request for a variance to allow a property split that will exceed the allowable impervious surface area. Applicant & Property Owner: Julie Hanson. Property address: 511 2nd Street SE. Parcel number(s): 21-0717-000. Zoning: Urban Residential (R-2).
