The annual Eple Tiden was held at the Starbuck Depot in downtown Starbuck on Saturday, featuring lots of home-grown produce, performances by the Glacial Hills Elementary School singers in grades 2-6; polka music by Myron’s Polka Datters, open house at the Lefse Hall and a lunch featuring lefse roll-ups, rommegrot, pulled pork sandwiches and an apple dessert. The weather cooperated providing a sun-drenched, warm fall morning and afternoon for the classic fall festival.
