NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PROPOSED STREET VACATION OF DEDICATED ROW – BETWEEN 117 E 5TH ST. AND 

E. DEPOT LANE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council for the City of Starbuck will hold a public hearing on Tuesday October 15, at 6:35 p.m. to consider a request for vacating a platted dedicated ROW that is located south of 117 E 5th St. and north of E. Depot Lane, legally described as:

All that part of the public street which runs generally east and west and lies between the southerly boundary line of Lot 3 through 6 of Block 59 of the Original Plat of the City of Starbuck and the northerly boundary line of the property described in Book 119 Deeds, Page 510 as recorded in the office of the Pope County Recorder.

Documents highlighting the location are available to review at the City Office.

The location of the meeting will be the Starbuck Community Center, 307 E 5th St., Starbuck, MN.
