The  Highway 114 project between Starbuck and Lowry is in the home stretch, according to Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) 

Paving has been completed between Starbuck and Lowry, with some shouldering and guardrail left to complete. Please watch for crews and give them plenty of space to work, stated news release from MnDOT. 

In the city of Lowry, concrete work continues through town. Concrete crews are finishing up curb and gutter and will continue work on sidewalks. Paving in Lowry is scheduled to take place the week of Oct. 7, weather permitting. 

Final striping will follow. The road is expected to reopen to all traffic by mid-October.
