The Starbuck General Federation of Women’s Club (GFWC) is hosting a public forum for the Starbuck City Council candidates on Wednesday, October 2, at 7:00 p.m. at the Starbuck Community Center.

This forum will feature all four candidates running for mayor: Cody Blevins, Jeff Kleven, Gary Swenson, and Luke Wilde. In addition, five candidates are competing for the two available seats on the City Council: Mary Baukol, Kris Goracke, Steve Gorder, Gene Rossum, and Jarrod Wilde.

The GFWC encourages all Starbuck residents to attend and engage in the local democratic process. The forum provides an opportunity for voters to hear directly from the candidates and to learn more about their platforms and visions for the future of Starbuck.

Attendees are encouraged to bring written questions to the forum. These questions will be considered for inclusion during the event, allowing the community to address the issues that matter most to them.
