NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Long Beach Planning Commission will hold public hearings at the Glenwood Lakes Area Chamber Office, 7 – 1st Street NW, Glenwood, MN on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 6:30 pm, to consider the following public hearing(s):
Request for rezoning of property parcel from Low Density Residential (LD) to Residential Commercial (RC). Applicant and Property Owner: Waska Properties, LLC. Sec/Twp/Range: 11-125-38. Property Address: 23042 North Lakeshore Drive. Parcel number(s): 24-0110-000.
Request for variances for a garage with a side yard setback of less than 10 feet and for added impervious area exceeding the limits required by ordinance. Applicant and Property Owner: David Hutt. Address: Site 10, Pelican Lake Estates. Parcel number(s): 24-0187-000. Zoning: Manufactured Home Residential (MH).
