YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Long Beach Planning Commission will hold public hearings at the Glenwood Lakes Area Chamber Office, 7 – 1st Street NW, Glenwood, MN on Monday, January 6, 2025, at 6:30 pm, to consider the following public hearing(s):

Request for a conditional use permit to allow ministorage usage in a Residential Commercial (RC) district. Applicant and Property Owner: Waska Properties, LLC. Sec/Twp/Range: 11-125-38. Property Address: 23042 North Lakeshore Drive. Parcel number(s): 24-0110-000.

Request for variance to allow a deck addition that exceeds the allowable impervious surface area beyond the current Tier One restrictions for the Hunts Resort PUD. Applicant and Property Owner: John Conroy. Sec/Twp/Range: 11-125-38. Property Address: 23346 North Lakeshore Drive. Parcel number(s): 24-0115-620.
