RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY LANGUAGE FOR PUBLICATION OF AMENDED GLENWOOD TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Glenwood Township, Pope County, Minnesota, have adopted Glenwood Township Zoning Ordinance No. 202501 effective immediately. Amendments to the Glenwood Township Zoning Ordinance include specifying the uses that will be allowed within each zoning district as permitted, conditional, or interim use; to remove duplication or unnecessary elements; to make ordinance language consistent with State law; and to incorporate Township regulation of cannabis through zoning ordinance consistent with new State law.
A copy of the amended Glenwood Township Zoning Ordinance will be available by downloading from the Township website, https://glenwoodtownship.com/, or by contacting the Town Clerk at 1-320-334-0006.
