NOTICE OF AMENDMENTS TO THE POPE COUNTY LAND USE CONTROLS ORDINANCE
Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of April, the Pope County Board of Commissioners adopted amendments to the following sections of the Pope County Land Use Controls Ordinance:
6 Non-Intensive Agriculture
The effect of the amendment relates to allowable permitted uses, conditional uses and interim uses in the Non-Intensive Agriculture zoning district.
7 Agriculture Protection
The effect of the amendment relates to allowable permitted uses, conditional uses and interim uses in the Agriculture Protection zoning district.
These amendments are implemented hereafter.
Copies of these amendments and the Land Use Controls Ordinance are on file in the Land and Resource Management Department, County Auditor Department, and on the County website https://www.co.pope.mn.us/departments/LandResourcesManagement/ordinances.
