Caity Blankenhagen

Minnewaska Community Health Services (MCHS), headquartered in Starbuck, has received a grant from PrimeWest Health to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization.

MCHS recently  announced the hiring of Caity Blankenhagen, LPN, as Diversity and Cross-Culture Coordinator. She has 10 years of experience working in the senior care industry and is working toward her degree to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. She calls the Starbuck area home, and we are excited to have her on our team.

Blankenhagen will be developing a DEI training plan for employees, improving the welcoming atmosphere within the facilities for residents and their families, and helping to improve employee recruitment/onboarding efforts and best practices for operations in Starbuck and Hoffman.
